Nine underground fuel storage tanks are also <br /> incwuded within this facility. <br /> During May 196,9 the nine underground fuel storage tanks were removed <br /> from the ground. During excavation of the tanks. evidence cf leakage from <br /> the tanks and soil staining by hydrocarbons was reportt,dly observed.' <br /> Although the individual capacities of the nine tanks 's presently not known <br /> by Damcs & Moore, we have been informed that soil staining was observed to a <br /> depth of 16 feet below the land surface.
