After DHS
approves the workplan, ECC may proceed with implementing the
plan. After cleanup criteria have been established and the extent
of contamination is determined, ECC will be required to submit
and implement, upon approval by DHS , a plan for soil and
groundwater remediation if necessary. Please also submit copies
of all work plans and correspondence to Mr. Greg Vaughn at the
Regional Water Quality Control Board.
If you have any questions on the content of this letter please
contact Donald Shaulis at (916) 855-7747.
