0 • <br /> Mr. Stanley Moore -2- 10 July 1991 <br /> Staff will make one of the following recommendations to the Board, depending <br /> on the work you accomplish: 1) assessment of additional fines, based on <br /> continued violations of the CAO; 2) confirmation that the ACL balance of <br /> $99,500 (plus interest) shall be paid in full , or 3) reduction of the assessed <br /> fine. <br /> Staff's recommendation to the Board will be based on the progress made toward <br /> cleanup and closure of contaminated portions of your facility. Progress in <br /> accordance with the following time schedule should be accomplished to assure <br /> final closure prior to the rainy season: <br /> 1) Submit a revised closure plan for the surface impoundment by <br /> 1 August 1991. <br /> 2) Complete the contaminated fill investigation and submit a report by <br /> 20 August 1991. <br /> 3) Submit a final closure plan, incorporating both the surface <br /> impoundment and fill area, by 2 September 1991. <br /> 4) Implement closure of both the Surface Impoundment and fill area by <br /> 9 September 1991. <br /> 5) Complete closure of the site by 15 October 1991. <br /> In addition, if wastes are to be left in place a Report of Waste Discharge <br /> must be filed so that Waste Discharge Requirements can be prepared. Enclosed <br /> is the appropriate form to be completed.
