Re-Manufacturing's response was that confirmation samples will be collected <br /> during closure activities to address analytical inconsistencies observed during <br /> previous sampling. We concur, as stated in #11 above, in the closure plan review. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> Most of the HAR has been completed. However, a few deficiencies remain, which may be <br /> completed during the process of closure. <br />
