Frank Girardi [EH]
From: Bill Brattain [bbrattain@waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Wednesday, June 18, 2008 2:43 PM
To: Chris Huang
Cc: Frank Girardi [EH]; Ross Atkinson; Victor Izzo
Subject: Re: charter way-workplan etc[RSVP]
Chris,
This email is to acknowledge that we received the update to the work plan to delineate the
limits of the waste located at 1821 E. Charter Way in Stockton. As you indicated, Ross
Atkinson of our office sent you an email on 17 January 2008 that approved the work
outlined presumably in the 10 December 2007 work plan that you also sent me today. My
understanding is that the updated work plan changes the spacing of the soil borings from
25 feet to 15 feet. This change in spacing of the borings should not affect Ross's
previous approval of the work plan.
Let me know if you any questions.
Thanks,
Bill
William Brattain, P.E.
Water Resources Control Engineer
Title 27 Permitting and Mining
California Regional Water Quality Control Board Central Valley Region 11020 Sun Center
Drive #200 Rancho Cordova, CA 95670-6114
Phone: (916) 464-4622
Fax: (916) 464-4775
www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley
}>< ( ( ( (°>' • .OO. • }>< ( ( ( (°>• .0. • }>< ( ( ( (°>' • .00. • }>< ( ( ( (°>
>>> "Chris Huang" <acseee®gmail.com> 6/18/2008 1:12 PM >>>
Bill,
Please see attached.
