The plan was submitted in accordance with <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 95-065. The plan specifies methods for <br /> sampling and analysis of ground water and surface water at the facility. The proposed plan <br /> is acceptable. <br /> Quarterly ground water and surface water monitoring and reporting shall commence <br /> immediately. The initial quarterly report is due by 31 July 1995.
