THe revocable requires a $1500 bond plus more loops to jump thru and it takes a
while to meet the City's reqs...they are busy, claim to process in a week, but I've yet to see it.
but YES...I'll/EHD need copies of BOTH City permits to be submitted (eventually)before our boring/well
permit is issued.
you can piece meal the submittals and I can hold it all untill ALL is here, or you can wait and submit ONE
big packet—your choice, but no EHD permit is issued until ALL the pieces are here..
From: Scott Hatton [mailto:shatton@geomatrix.com]
Sent: Tuesday, June 03, 2008 9:53 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Questions
Mike,
I have a permit application packet just about ready to submit to you regarding installation of a
groundwater monitoring well in the City of Stockton's right-of-way. I noticed that one of the EHD
requirements is to submit a copy of the encroachment permit received from the City. I am waiting
for the City to issue the encroachment permit. Should I wait and submit the application packet to
you once I receive the encroachment permit from the City? Or submit what I have now so you can
get started on the review and forward a copy of the encroachment permit upon receipt. Thanks for
your help.
Scott J.
