Even so, if you change C-57, the permit is no longer valid, unless you get Precision to send me a letter stating that THEY will cover Fisch.s workers comp? ff NOT, then YES, you need a new application and$89 fee to EHD for Fisch to drill. As a side note, in the recent past, Fisch has had a little problem with their workers comp. seems he/his C-57 license was down for'owner-operator'but Mr. Fisch was NOT doing the drilling. He had employees, that were NOT owners doing the work...that's a no-no for'owner-operator'. Discretely as possible find out WHO will be onsite actually doing the drilling, actually operating the drill machine when it actually happens. If they, the operator is NOT listed as the/an owner and the C-57 license still states"owner-operator", then the problem is still present and I will not be able to issue until this is settled.. Charter Way in Stockton, CA. The permit lists Precision Sampling as the driller contractor. However, due to scheduling conflicts, I need to use Fisch Drilling (a.k.a Fisch Environmental Exploration Services) located at 399 Shed's Place, Valley Springs, CA 95252 for next months sampling event. I have used Fisch prevIOUSly at the site. Do I Heed to submit additional paperwork reflecting this change? Thank you.
