(AGE) <br /> has prepared this report for the destruction of thirty-six wells and the removal of <br /> underground remediation piping at 16 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California. The site <br /> location is depicted in Figure 1 ; site structures and former well locations are depicted in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Twenty-two single completed, two-inch diameter, ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 <br /> through MW-22), seven single completed, four-inch diameter, soil vapor extraction wells <br /> (VW-1 through VW-7), six single completed, one-inch diameter ozone sparge wells <br /> (OW-1R through OW-6), and one single completed six-inch diameter ground water <br /> extraction well (EW-1) had been installed on- and off-site as part of a subsurface <br /> investigation of the former underground storage tank (UST) areas at 16 South Cherokee <br /> Lane, Lodi, CA. The total depths and screen intervals of the wells are summarized in <br /> Table 1. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> On 06, 07, 08, 09, 14 and 15 July 2010, a total of thirty-six (36)wells were destroyed on- <br /> and off-site under San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) well <br /> destruction permits (Appendix A).
