Attached is a memo containing a <br /> summary of staff notes from the meeting. We agreed that your consultant will submit a plan outlining <br /> the new bioremediation procedure you wish to implement and explaining why the approved <br /> contingency plan should not be implemented. The new plan must also include the following: <br /> 1. A proposal to install a new monitoring well between MW-9 and MW-12; <br /> 2. Assessment of the vapor monitoring practices; <br /> 5. Lithologic cross sections showing benzene at several layers; <br /> 3. Additional microbiological information; <br /> 6. Correlation of your data with Mr. Kauffman's information; and <br /> 4.
