Both soil and groundwater will be inoculated. <br /> As of the date of this letter, GeoAudit has not received a response from the CVRWQCB <br /> concerning our June 9, 1994 letter. Therefore, we feel it is prudent to proceed as scheduled. <br /> Presently, GeoAudit is preparing a work plan for a aquifer test (24-hour minimum), as <br /> requested in the CVRWQCB letter dated June 7, 1994 (received June 9, 1994). The Board's <br /> letter states that the test should be completed by July 15, 1994.. <br /> Following the procedures and protocol described in GeoAudit's June 9, 1994 letter,we have <br /> summarized the following schedule: <br /> June 21 Quarterly Monitoring <br /> June 28 - July 13 Complete modifications to blower and vapor sampling system <br /> modifications, as stated in Section 3.3 of June 9, 1994 letter. <br /> July 7 - July 13 (?) Aquifer test preparation; aquifer test <br /> July 14 Full scale inoculation of soil and groundwater. Details of inoculation <br /> is included in GeoAudit's June 9, 1994 letter. <br /> July 17 Begin monitoring procedures as detailed in Section 4.0 of GeoAudit's <br /> June 9, 1994 letter. <br /> GeoAudit is committed to providing GLDM an efficient, cost-effective method of <br /> remediation for hydrocarbon impacted soil and groundwater at the site.
