We are still lacking information that will help us ensure that the system is operating <br /> effectively. The attached memo contains comments on the information received to date. By <br /> 3 January 1994, submit the information listed in items 1 through 10 and a proposal to install <br /> additional vapor monitoring wells. Additional soil samples may have to be collected to obtain some <br /> of the information. Also note that additional monitoring will be necessary and vapor monitoring <br /> points may have to be installed in a grid-like pattern. Submit a proposal for vapor point installation <br /> along with the additional information. <br /> As explained by Pat Leary, in our compliance section, the discharge may not begin until you receive <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) or a waiver at our Board hearing in January 1994. <br /> Discharge of any nitrates and/or other nutrients will require WDRs.
