If a well is non-detect for all constituents at.
detection limits listed, the sampling frequency for that well may be changed from quarterly to annually.
3 If a well that is sampled annually begins detecting constituents, then that well will revert to quarterly sampling
until four additional consecutive quarters of non-detect for all constituents.
4 Annual sampling will occur in the first quarter of each calendar year.
5 Methyl tert butyl ether(MTBE),tertiary butyl alcohol(TBA),tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME),di-isopropyl
ether(DIPE), and ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE)
6 Initially complete and report a full list scan of 8260B analyses once. If no additional VOCs(i.e.,besides
1,2-DCA)are found„then revert to a limited 8260B scan of the above-named constituents,reporting all
unknown peaks in the normal range of the named constituents. Add all detected VOCs to the reporting program.
REPORTING
When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the
date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be
summarized in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition,
the Discharger shall notify the Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of any
remediation system.
As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1,
all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and signed by the
registered professional.
Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20a' day of the month following the end
of each calendar quarter (i.e., by 20 April, 20 July,20 October, and 20 January) until such time
