This work was done in accordance with directives from San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHSEHD) as a result of <br /> minor amounts of soil hydrocarbon contamination foun I to be present from two soil grab <br /> samples collected during the underground storage tank UST) removal on July 23, 1999. <br /> The purpose of the report of findings from the current s Al boring was to collect and analyze by <br /> analytical laboratory soil samples from vertical depths below the previous soil samples to <br /> confirm the presence or absence of soil hydrocarbon contamination from underneath the former <br /> UST.. <br /> Background and Previous Sampling Results <br /> The work reported for this sampling event was the fall wup of the removal of a single 275 <br /> gallon waste oil UST that was formerly located at the Froperty owned by Mr. Henry Hansen at <br /> 200 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California (Exhibit 1).
