Total <br /> depth of 41.5' bgs attained. Soil samples collected every five feet. <br /> 06/15/01 Review, "Amendment of Letter Report of Second Follow-up Soil Sampling <br /> Program after UST Removal" dated 6111101 and received 6115101: Only <br /> one sample analyzed from "S1341", the 19'-20.5' bgs sample. TPH as oil <br /> not detected at 10 mg/kg. Soluble Lead and Chromium VI samples run <br /> and results verify "non-detect" al acceptable detected limits for Waste <br /> Extraction Test (WET). Some CAM metals still present, but consultant <br /> concludes that contaminants pose no threat and site should receive a No <br /> Further Action (NFA) status. <br /> 07/30/01 PHS-EHD evaluates site for NFA and concurs. <br /> 08/15/01 PHS-EHD meeting with CVRW CB staff to discuss NFA. <br /> 08117101 Closure documents sent to CVR QCB for concurrence for NFA. <br />
