Below is a write up that you can send over to Stacy once you make the <br />highlighted changes. Also, be sure to sign and send back the "Return to <br />Compliance" certification located on the back of the inspection report. I also <br />noticed that her due date for a response is 7/23. The easiest thing for you to do <br />is to forward my email to her after you make the appropriate modifications. <br />#20. All hazardous waste containers have been properly labeled and placed in <br />containers which are properly labeled. <br />#23. All 55 gallon drums of used oil filters have secure lids. <br />#27. All wastes have been transferred into labeled, securely closed containers. <br />#32. Hazardous Waste Tank Assessments have been completed for Tracy Toyota. <br />Please see attachment. <br />#47. The emergency coordinator for the facility is Steve Marvel. <br />#49. Our personnel training records are attached and hard copies are filed onsite. <br />Sharon Karagozlu from KPA is scheduled to conduct Hazardous Waste Handler <br />training before 7/30/10. <br />#85. Process has been implemented for attaining and storing universal waste <br />manifest records <br />#46. Our contingency plan is attached. KPA will update this plan as needed. <br />#60, 61, 62. Process has been implemented for the proper disposal of brake shavings to <br />include the required manifest storage procedures <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
