We have a labeled
55 -gallon drum for this purpose. Asbury Environmental will be picking up this waste stream for us. We have
stopped the practice of throwing shavings into the garbage as of 9/1/08. (Picture to follow)
#20 All containers used to store hazardous waste (buckets, tanks, roll arounds, drip pans, and drums) have
been labeled. (Picture to follow)
#21 All containers used to store hazardous waste are kept closed unless material is added or removed.
Employees have been instructed on this practice. (Picture to follow)
#33 Used oil filters drums are to be kept closed unless material is added or removed. All drums used to store
this waste stream have been labeled with a current accumulation start date.
#43 Please refer to the attached item "Contingency Plan Tracy Toyota." This document was prepared by
KPA, LLC.
#47 Emergency coordinators have been identified at Tracy Toyota. They are the Dealer Keena Turner and
the Service Manager Mike Curtis as listed in the contingency plan.
#49 We have attached all copies of training records. Please see the attached document "Tracy Toyota
Training Records." KPA is also scheduled to conduct an Emergency Response/Hazardous Communications on
September 18th and 19th
#64 KPA, Tracy Toyota, and San Joaquin working together to resolve this issue.
