We have a labeled <br />55 -gallon drum for this purpose. Asbury Environmental will be picking up this waste stream for us. We have <br />stopped the practice of throwing shavings into the garbage as of 9/1/08. (Picture to follow) <br />#20 All containers used to store hazardous waste (buckets, tanks, roll arounds, drip pans, and drums) have <br />been labeled. (Picture to follow) <br />#21 All containers used to store hazardous waste are kept closed unless material is added or removed. <br />Employees have been instructed on this practice. (Picture to follow) <br />#33 Used oil filters drums are to be kept closed unless material is added or removed. All drums used to store <br />this waste stream have been labeled with a current accumulation start date. <br />#43 Please refer to the attached item "Contingency Plan Tracy Toyota." This document was prepared by <br />KPA, LLC. <br />#47 Emergency coordinators have been identified at Tracy Toyota. They are the Dealer Keena Turner and <br />the Service Manager Mike Curtis as listed in the contingency plan. <br />#49 We have attached all copies of training records. Please see the attached document "Tracy Toyota <br />Training Records." KPA is also scheduled to conduct an Emergency Response/Hazardous Communications on <br />September 18th and 19th <br />#64 KPA, Tracy Toyota, and San Joaquin working together to resolve this issue. Dealership has requested <br />an extension for this item. <br />#69 Dealership is utilizing the attached "daily tank inspection checklist" to conduct tank inspections. This is <br />completed for both the bulk oil room off of the main service shop and the quick lube bulk oil room. <br />#78 All employees have been instructed to discontinue the practice of throwing waste batteries and aerosol <br />cans (that are not empty) into the garbage. We now have designated containers for the storage of these <br />universal waste streams. (Picture to follow) <br />#85 Dealerships plans on keeping all manifest copies of universal waste in KPA yellow box which is kept in <br />the parts department. <br />#94 Attached is copy of the SPCC plan as prepared by KPA.
