In conjunction with our onsite <br /> investigation, ARCO has requested that RESNA perform an offsite environmental <br /> investigation at nearby properties. This letter is to request authorization for RESNA and <br /> our subcontractors to drill three borings and install three vapor-extraction wells on your <br /> property, Parcel No. 24, of the San Joaquin County Accessors map, page 10 of Book 209: <br /> the parcel is at the intersection of Interstate Route 580 and Patterson Pass Road, California, <br /> which is south of ARCO Service Station No. 6100. The environmental investigation we <br /> propose to conduct on your property will provide data on the condition of soil south of the <br /> ARCO station and comply with San Joaquin County Public Health Services requirements <br /> that hydrocarbons in soil be delineated. <br /> We have enclosed ARCO's License Agreement and three plates. Plate 1 is an Area Site <br /> Plan showing features near ARCO Service Station No. 6100. Shown on Plate 1 is the <br /> approximate location of the vapor-extraction wells we propose to install on your property. <br /> Plate 2 is a Schematic Well Design showing the construction of a typical vapor-extraction <br /> well installed by RESNA for projects throughout California. <br /> O110me\30041-05 <br />
