The permit was originally
issued for drilling a soil boring along the south side of Patterson Pass Road. Our change
to the original permit will be the installation of a vapor-extraction well in the boring. As
we indicated, after the soil has been remediated, the well will be drilled out and the boring
backfilled with a cement and bentonite grout; the surface will be completed according to the
surface material around the borehole. The location of the boring is shown on Plate 1. Plate
2 is the Schematic Well Design showing the general features of the vapor-extraction well.
Your timely assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please call if you have any
questions about the work.
Sincerely,
RESNA Industries
„a
David F.'Stavarek
Project*"Geologist
c:
Richard H.
