Per the telephone conversation of August 23, 1991 with David Swank of Applied <br /> i <br /> GeoSystems, eight vapor extraction wells will be installed. Screened interval of each vapor <br /> emacrion well will vary according to location of the well (subsurface chamccaristic). <br /> 2. Soil samples should be collected at five foot intervals or changes in lithology. <br /> 3. Sot1 samples should be tested for Total Lead using Medved 7421 not Organic Lead. <br /> 4. Submit as an addendum to the work Platt placement and storage of the sail tom the <br /> borings during the time disposal options are being evaluated. <br /> 5. Submit as an addendum to he work plan how soil samples will be selected for lab analysis. <br /> 6. Soil samples are to be maintained at 4oC until delivered to the laboratory. <br /> 7.
