Patterson Pass Road <br /> Tracy, California, 95377 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received by email your letter <br /> dated 30 June 2009, in which you propose a reduction of the sampling schedule for your <br /> monitoring wells in response to Resolution 2009-0042, passed by the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board. <br /> Specifically, you have proposed the following monitoring schedule: <br /> Semi-annual sampling — MW-1 through MW-10, MW-12 through MW-20, VW-1 through <br /> VW-14, and VW-16 through VW-20. <br /> The EHD has reviewed the data from these wells and approves the following monitoring well <br /> sampling schedule: <br /> Semi-annual — MW-1, MW-4 through MW-6, MW-8 through MW-10, MW-12, MW-15, <br /> VW-1 through VW-4, VW-6 and VW-20; <br /> Annual — MW-2, MW-13, MW-16 through MW-18, and VW-5; and <br /> When water is present— MW-3, MW-7, MW-14, MW-19, MW-20, VW-7 through VW-14, <br /> and VW-16 through VW-19. <br /> The latter wells have rarely or have never contained significant groundwater.
