Attending the meeting were you representing ARCO/BP,Rusty <br /> Benkosky and Brian Westhoff representing SECOR,Margaret Lagorio,Nuel C.Henderson,Michael <br /> Infurna,Lori Duncan, and Vicki McCartney representing EHD. The following is a synopsis of the <br /> status and/or site specific discussions at the meeting. <br /> 2478E Oak Street.Stockton. #443 <br /> The report on the installation of the new wells should be submitted to EHD soon. It has been <br /> about three months since the work was completed. <br /> 1612 Hammer Lane.Stockton. #548 <br /> The off-site property owners have not signed the access agreements for installation of wells on their <br /> property. SECOR will send another request and if there is still no cooperation EHD will request <br /> cooperation once SECOR provides copies of correspondence sent to those property owners. <br /> SECOR will check into putting the well to the east in the public right-of way. The City of Stockton <br /> is making improvements along Hammer Lane and some of the wells at 1612 Hammer may need to <br /> be destroyed. The EHD will provide more information on this when it becomes available. <br /> 6100 N Highway 99,Stockton. #595 <br /> Monitoring of the two wells remaining for this site will continue until the California Department of <br /> Transportation has completed construction of the highway interchange. <br /> 7906 N El Dorado Street.Stockton. #2130 <br /> New wells have been installed for the site. The on-site vapor well will be scheduled for destruction <br /> soon. <br /> 441 Charter Way. Stockton. #2168 <br /> The inlet on the air sparge system melted so the system is not operating. Once the inlet is repaired <br /> and the system is modified it will resume operation. The soil vapor extraction system is operating. <br /> 3212 N California Street.Stockton.#2186 <br /> The EHD approved the soil vapor extraction rebound test plan. A Site Conceptual Model should be <br /> submitted to EHD this week. A response to moving VP-1 will be submitted to EHD in a week. <br /> 205 N Center Street.Stockton.#4493 <br /> ARCO plans to continue monitoring the contaminant plume from this site. The EHD previously <br /> recommended batch extraction of groundwater in the area of the MW4/MW8/MW12 well cluster to <br /> reduce mass and speed up the possibility of closure.
