r
Mr. Paul Supple
Arco Station No. 6100
25775 Patterson Pass Road
Page 2 of
Please prepare a work plan to continue investigating the down-dip lateral extent
and the width of the plume of free product migrating from your site. Submit the
work plan to this office no later than 03 October 2005. EHD believes the goals of
the next phase of investigation would be to delineate the extent of the free
product plume northeast of MW-15, northeast and southwest of MW-15 and
further down-gradient of MW-15 if free product is encountered. An additional
groundwater monitoring well will be needed in the down-gradient direction when
the free product and/or dissolved plumes are better delineated. The results of the
investigation should be submitted in the context of the site conceptual model to
this office within 60 days of completion of field activities.
Questions or comments may be directed to Nuel Henderson by telephone at
(209) 468-3436, or by mail to the address on the letterhead.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Nuel C.
