Notify the <br /> emergency contacts as appropriate. Do not attempt to put out a fire or contain a spill if it <br /> might endanger your life or health. When calling the emergency number at 911 be sure <br /> to: <br /> 1. Tell them your name <br /> 2. Give the Company Name (H. J. Heinz) <br /> 3. Give the Address (857 Stone Bridge Court,northwest of 11th and MacArthur) <br /> 4. Tell them your location within the facility <br /> 5. Explain the nature of the problem <br /> 6. Request help to eliminate the problem <br /> 7. Tell them where you will be located then they arrive <br /> Evacuation Procedures <br /> In the event of fire, chemical spill or other disaster it may be necessary to <br /> evacuate the warehouse. The evacuation will be announced over the public address <br /> system and or a continuous sound from the warehouse siren. All employees will <br /> assemble on the concrete at the warehouse entrance. At the assembly area, roll will be <br /> taken and further instructions issued as appropriate. The dock lead-person will take roll <br /> of hourly personnel. The guard will provide a listing of visitors and the office manager <br /> will account for his personnel. If toxic gases should be released, it may be necessary to <br /> either leave the area or stay in doors with the doors and windows closed. If you are <br /> outdoors, travel crosswind to escape toxic fumes. Keys to the front gate and rail gate are <br /> located in the key locker on the west wall of the main office. Bolts cutters are also <br /> available at the dispatcher's window. <br />
