The investigation will <br /> { <br /> include drilling two off-site soil borings and.converting these borings to vapor extraction <br /> j wells. F <br /> Based on the letter dated November 18, 1994, from SJCPHS,`they requested a copy of the <br /> signed access agreements, a permit application with the associated $89 fee for each <br /> 'r separate parcel and an updated site map showing the locations of the proposed new wells. <br /> SJCPHS requested submittal of these ,documents in:order to conduct the additional <br /> .investigation.The items mentioned above are enclosed�'las attachments. <br /> The scope of work will consist of drilling and installing two'vapor extraction wells at the <br /> adjacent properties. One well will be located on Parcel 52 of the_San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor Map (SJCAM), page 43 of book_ 140 (Rosemary Martinez, owner); the other _ <br /> ' will be located on Parcel 57 of the SJCAM, page 43 of�book.140(Mr.and Mrs. Guerrero, <br /> owner [see Figure 1]). <br /> A signed access agreement-has been received from Ms. Martinez. Once a signed access <br /> agreement has been obtained from Mr. and Mrs. Guerrero and appropriate permits issued, <br /> field activities will be performed in accordance to Tri-Regional guidelines. <br /> F <br /> {.
