Cherokee Ln., Lodi* <br /> estimates, the risk of soil vapor intrusion to Site and neighboring structures should be <br /> evaluated by collecting soil gas data to determine if additional measures are needed to <br /> mitigate this potential risk. <br /> Therefore,'you need to continue quarterly monitoring of all wells for all constituents and submit <br /> quarterly reporis by the first day of the second month following each quarter to the Regional <br /> Board, and all reports to the Regional Board and State Board Geotracker program, and <br /> • By 15 December 2006, submit a workplan for an additional investigation to delineate <br /> the vertical and lateral extent of the petroleum hydrocarbon release to soil and <br /> groundwater. The Workplan shall include the details for the installation of monitoring <br /> wells to complete the investigation. A report of the investigation, due 3 January 2006. <br /> shall provide conclusions and recommendations for additional investigation or <br /> remediation, if warranted. <br /> • Submit all documents (workplans and reports) and data in paper to the Regional Board. <br /> and in electronic format to Geotracker, as required by the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board. <br /> This transfer of lead agency should not cause or result in any delay in the ongoing <br /> investigation, monitoring or remediation of your release.
