Five soil samples were takendirectly from the <br /> - t <br /> piping trench at a depth of approximately 3 feet . The five <br /> I <br /> samples were labeled ##23SS-PIPE-A, -B, -C, -D, and -E. <br /> IE - <br /> I E <br /> The soil samples from the excavation were taken by <br /> i <br /> driving a clean brass sleeve into soil brought to the <br /> I <br /> surface in the backhoe bucket.. All piping soil samples were <br /> taken by driving a clean brass sleeve directly into the <br /> trench soil with a wooden mallet . The samples were sealed <br /> i <br /> F with aluminum foil , capped, wrapped ''with plastic tape; <br /> I <br /> i labeled, placed in iced storage, and were delivered under <br /> chain-of-custody procedures to GeoAralytical Laboratories in <br /> j Modesto, California, for analysis.
