Cherokee Lane <br />Lodi, Californl,Iia <br />r <br />San Joaquin County <br />i. <br />Prepared for: <br />OIL EQUIPMENT SERVICE <br />by l <br />i <br />CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br />December 5, 19,90 <br />r <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />I� <br />On November 13, 1990, Oil Equipment service, under the <br />II <br />direct supervision of Keith Tallia,'removed a total of four <br />underground storage tanks and the associated underground <br />;f <br />fuel delivery lines from the property located at 820 S. <br />Cherokee Lane in Lodi, California (Figure 1). Three tanks <br />had contained gasoline and one tank,l!had contained diesel <br />fuel. The tanks were located side by side and parallel to <br />each other as shown in Figure 2. The final dimensions of <br />the excavation were approximately 35; feet by 30 feet with a <br />total depth of approximately 11 .feets(Figure 2).. The <br />information about each tank is cont'Eined in Table 1 below. <br />Kasey Foley of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Division was on site during tank removal and sampling <br />6 <br />operations. <br />
