TRd'MEETING -2. 29 January 1997 <br /> 900 SOUTH CHEROKEE LANE,LODI <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 1991 - VW-26, MW-27 were installed <br /> - Ceased free product removal <br /> - Six vapor vacuum probes,VP-1 through VP-6, were installed in the tank backfill <br /> - The vapor extraction system was started up using the six vapor vacuum probes and MW-1 <br /> through MW-10, MW-15, MW-16, MW-17, MW-22,MW-26, MW-27, and RW-1 <br /> 1994 - Ultramar removed four known tanks, eleven additional tanks they had not known about, piping, <br /> and contaminated soil <br /> - Wells MW-2, MW-5, and MW-7 were destroyed during excavation activities <br /> - Monitoring wells, MW-28, MW-29, and MW-30, recovery well RW-2, and vapor extraction <br /> wells VEW-1 through VEW-12 were installed <br /> - The vapor extraction system was modified to include the twelve new vapor extraction wells, the <br /> two ground water recovery wells(RW-1 and RW-2), and sixteen monitoring wells(MW-1, <br /> MW-3, MW4, MW-6,MW-8 through MW-10, MW-15 through MW-17, MW-22, and <br /> MW-26 through MW-30) <br /> 1996 - In February,the vapor extraction system was turned off due to the reduction in vapor <br /> concentrations. <br /> - Six confirmation borings were drilled. <br />
