As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately <br /> log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br /> material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are <br /> liquids,500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business Activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted. This information <br /> must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the <br /> EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> Two 55 gallon drums of hydrofluoric acid mixture, four 450 pound drums of truck wash detergent (corrosive), two 55 <br /> gallon drums of sodium hydroxide mixture, two 55 gallon drums of liquid truck wash detergent, two 55 gallon drums of <br /> liquid tire dressing, three 750 gallon tanks of 15/40 oil, and a 1,300 gallon tank of used oil were found on site that have <br /> not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan.
