Final de-
tection was by gas chromatography usin3 a flame ionization detector
as well as a photoionization detector and a Carbop?;r'B/3"/, SP-1500
column.
The analytical procedure for EDB (ethylene dibromide) involved
extracting the samples with iso-octane. The resulting extracts of
iso-octane were examined by GLC using an elec U:on capture detector
and a Carbopack B/1% SP-1000 column. Confirmation of positive residues
was performed by GLC using an electron capture detector and an n-octane/
Porasil C column.
0.3
Results
Stoner.
