The above items were identified by Iftikar Salim as waste that had not been processed yet. The following was found in the store' s pharmacy: - An open blue bin in the pharmacy, labeled as Weekly StrongPak Accumulation Bin , contained two viles of loose pills and a StrongPak bag containing liquid vaccine vials ( IMG 1574- 1575) . According to Mark and Ashley , the pharmaceuticals in this blue bin are processed every Sunday. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste . Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste . This is a minor violation .
