The Revised Work Plan also states that, after
speaking with the SJVAPCD it was determined that a permit from this agency is not
needed. In addition, based on a telephone callbetween MARCOR and the Central Valley
Water Board's Storm Water Section staff, a preliminary determination was made that a
permit is not needed. However, Storm Water Section Staff requested that you submit
photos of the site upon which a final determination could be made.
Upon receiving the Revised Work Plan by email, I spoke with Storm Water Section staff,
Ms. Jacque Kelley and provided photos of the site that I obtained during a January 2010
site visit.
