Supervisors are responsible for notification <br /> of any absent employees. <br /> 2) A 24-hour notice is requiredfor excused absences (if possible) to as,lst xvith <br /> attendance records. <br /> 3) During an evacuation, employees from each department will report to their( cs;i, nZdctl <br /> areas, where a roll-call will be taken to ensure 100%accountabilM. <br /> 4) Employees are encouraged to use the"buddy system."
