Spill Response/ Evacuation Plan <br /> for <br /> West Wind <br /> 100 S ventura ave <br /> Stcokton CA <br /> In case of Spill/ not an imminent danger <br /> 1 Use appropriate spill supplies to contain spill. <br /> 2 Render appropriate first aid. <br /> 3 Notify your supervisor. <br /> 4 Finish clean up of spill using appropriate protective apparel <br /> In case of imminent danger to health, property, or the environment: <br /> 1. Isolate area of spill by shutting fuel pumps off. <br /> 2. If possible to do so ( without risk of overexposure) take action to stop the release and prevent or minimize release <br /> 3. Render appropriate first aid .Thoroughly kvash exposed areas of skin with soap and water. <br /> 4. call 911/UW police department <br /> 4. Notify your supervisor. <br /> In case of Evacuation <br /> 1 Notify all present personel <br /> 2.Exit building and move away from building at least 34 meters leaving clear access for emergency services. <br /> Training provided by ware house Supervisor <br /> Greg Praszek <br />
