logME" FOR-
mm I
Introduction
Murray&Associates has been retained by Mr.Lambert Barnum of San Andrus,California
to prepare and implement a Finul Remedial Plan(FRP)for the Stan Morri Ford Dealership
located in Tracy, California. The spec'fic tasks to be implemented are based on the . '.
conclusions and recommendations presented by Murray & Associates in our July 1, 1990,
Problem Assessment Report. Although minor changes to the FRP have been requested by
the San Joaquin County Department of Health, the basic goal c the plan remains intact.
Proposed remedial activities include the removal of the remaining soil contamination and
the quarterly sampling and analysis of groun"water for a period of one year. It is believed
that once the remaining soil contamination has be en removed,.the minor concentration of
organic constituents found in the groundwater during the PAR investigation will decline. We
expect that these concentrations will show a steady decrease with time, and that a goal of
achieving a non-detectable level for these constituents can easiiyv be reached within the one
year monitoring period.
.a
