MONTHLY INSPECTION LOG <br /> Inspect the following monthly: <br /> 1) Fueling controls for improperly functioning indicators and controls. Refer to the operational procedures <br /> for details. <br /> 2) Inspect all overhead transfer lines, tanks, valves and controls for leaks and wear. <br /> 3) All oil/water separators for the need to remove oil or sand/gravel (employ a licensed waste oil processor <br /> for removal of waste). Ensure the water level is returned to the level of the exit pipe after servicing. <br /> 4) Strip drains in shop, truck wash and inspection area. <br /> 5) Waste oil UST and portable tanks containing diesel fuel and used motor oil for the need to empty. <br /> 6) Tank leak detection panels (where applicable). Perform monthly test. <br /> 7) Fuel pump automatic shutdown system. <br /> 8) Sufficient supply of Spill Response Equipment &Materials. <br /> 9) Bulk fuel farm including tanks, diked containment area, and loading/unloading area <br /> 10)UST loading area, spill buckets and overhead transfer lines <br /> 11)Emergency generators and elevator <br /> 12)Drums located in the inspection/fueling area, maintenance shop, truck wash, tire shop, compressor room <br /> and freight dock <br /> Month/Year Deficiencies Inspector's <br /> Initials <br /> B-3 <br />
