On the surface, <br /> since anything that was in fact released was either petroleum <br /> crude oil or a fraction thereof, it would seem that these would <br /> be excluded from the hazardous substance definition unless they <br /> are designated pursuant to regulation or code as set forth under <br /> 25316 of the Health and Safety Code. - <br /> Not having all of the materials presently available to me, I <br /> would appreciate your cooperation in educating me . <br /> Yours very truly <br /> MICHAEL F.
