We have found the,lplan to be adequate <br /> provided the following considerations are addressed: <br /> 1. Provide a detailed side view illustration showing extent of � <br /> current excavation, proposed additional excavation, and <br /> proposed sampling locations. <br /> 2. Sample #4 collected from northwestl, end of the 2, 000 gallon <br /> tank reveals contamination of . 50 mg/kg ethyl benzene, 4. 5 <br /> mg/kg xylene, 12 mg/kg TPH. This area should be addressed in <br /> revised re-excavation workplan. <br /> i <br /> 3. Provide exact location and static ,ater level measurement of <br /> domestic well identified in the above referenced workplan. <br /> 4. Provide exact location of leach lines for septic tank <br /> identified in above referenced worjkplan. 1' <br /> 5. Include proposed number of soil sampling of the excavated <br /> soil based on a minimum requireme1'nt of two discrete soil <br /> sampling for every 50 cubic yards ,'lof excavated soil. r <br /> 6.
