(AGE) has prepared this addendum to the December 1998 Site Assessment Work_Plan for-the <br /> subject property. <br /> A total of 22 soil borings have been advanced at the,site. Four of these borings were advanced in July <br /> 1999 as the first phase of the December.1998 Site Assessment Work Plan. Twelve additional borings <br /> were proposed to complete the second phase of this investigation with total-depths to be determined by <br /> data collected during the first phase and previous investigations. <br /> Twelve additional borings will be advanced at the site to minimum total depths ranging from 30 to 70 <br /> feet bsg. All borings will be advanced until non-detection of petroleum hydrocarbons based on field <br /> observations.
