We are not going to remove the tanks& <br /> pipingprior to us working with Mike Infurna on the clean up of the soil,both must be done at the sametime as far <br /> as we are concerned;; <br /> Therefore we request and extension from 4/7/97 to 12/98 so we can work with all concerned parties to resolve this <br /> madder to the salisfaction of San Joaquin PH,UST fund,and ourselves. <br /> Any question please feel free to call or write,also I will make myself available to come to Stockton antime to meet <br /> with anyone from SJPH. ` <br /> Sincerly[ <br /> Ellis H.
