(DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based upon data collected from the site, AGE concludes the following <br /> C Ground water elevation decreased nearly eight feet at the site between the June and <br /> September 1998 monitoring events Ground water was approximately nine feet above the <br /> screened Interval in UST-2, UST-3 and UST-4 Ground water was within the screened <br /> Interval in UST-5 Ground water has been above the screened Interval In UST-1 since <br /> Installation in 1990 <br /> e Concentrations of hydrocarbons remained relatively stable in UST-5, while decreasing to <br /> below laboratory reporting limits In the remaining wells sampled <br /> a <br /> G The concentrations of benzene and DCA in UST-5 were above the State of California <br /> drinking water Maximum Contaminant Level(MCL)during the September 1998 monitoring <br /> event <br /> S.U. REC®1VIMENIDA'I'I®IVS <br /> Based upon data obtained from the site, AGE recommends the following <br /> • Further assessment of the extent of impacted soil has been required by the PHS-EHD A <br /> work plan to fully assess Impacted soil at the site has been prepared by AGE <br /> • Schedule the next quarterly monitoring event for December 1998 Monitoring wells UST-2 <br /> through UST-5 will be sampled at that time <br /> Advanced CeoEm ironmental,Inc <br />
