Mr..Ben Marraccmi, owner of the referenced tri-plex.rentals,'has recently contacted me in hopes of obtaining some written clarification from your Department in connection with his septic system. Presently,based on a prior plan that had been submitted as aresult of a backup and a lab test which was conducted on that septic system,Mr.Marraccini has been in the process, through that approved plan, of having the septic tank appropriately cleaned out. Mr. 1Vlarraccm las provided me with copies of letters from your Department respectively dated` " September 24, October 17 and November 3, 2003. - I am trying to identify what written guidelines or ordinance provisions specify what can or cannot be in a-septic tank. Specifically, are there any written regulations, guidelines or ordinances which specify any content limits or,other identifications which address the issue of potentially hazardous materials within septic tanks.'.This information is necessary,.for my client in.order-for_him to be aware of'any potential issues in relation to his rental by occupants of his rental units.
