This description was requested by Kip <br /> Prahl Associates in response to the concerns expressed in Ms. <br /> Patricia Leary's memorandum of 26 January, 1988 to Greg Vaughn of <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) and <br /> in a meeting on March 15, 1988 between the CRWQCB, Delta Truck <br /> Sales, Kip Prahl, and Applied GeoSystems. <br /> It is our intention, with submission of this work plan, to <br /> address the concerns expressed. With the approval of the CRWQCB, <br /> work on this project will take place as soon as logistically <br /> possible and proceed in a timely, careful, and cost-efficient <br /> manner. <br /> Please do not hesitate to contact Applied GeoSystems with any <br /> questions or comments regarding the procedures described.
