He also has a strong background in Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessments for real estate transactions. <br /> Representative Phase VII ESA Projects <br /> Prudential Insurance Company, Southern California - Managed and implemented Phase II <br /> Environmental Site Assessments for numerous commercial properties with impacted soil and <br /> groundwater in support of real estate transactions. <br /> Big Penny Vineyards, Mecca, California - Performed Phase I ESA on 350 acre vineyard including <br /> field reconnaissance, aerial photograph review and records review. <br /> Homart Development Company, Ogden, Utah -Conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> for shopping mall as part of a real estate transaction. <br /> Secured Capital Corporation, Southern California - Conducted Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessments on a numerous commercial sites in Southern California with a short-turn-around time <br /> for support in real estate transactions. <br /> Berkeley Federal Bank and Trust, Southern California - Conducted and managed Phase II <br /> Environmental Assessments of three dry cleaning facilities to assist real estate transaction. <br /> Identified PCE impacted soil. <br /> Representative UST/Hydrocarbons Assessment Projects <br /> J.E. Robert Companies, Chula Vista, California - Designed and implemented site characterization of <br /> strip mall with petroleum hydrocarbon impacted groundwater. Obtained "no action" letter from San <br /> Diego Environmental Health Department identifying off-site contamination source. <br /> Major Gasoline Retailer, Santa Barbara, California - Conducted and managed groundwater <br /> characterization and monitoring activities on multi-aquifer site with 160 monitoring wells. Assisted in <br /> the development and implementation of groundwater remediation program. <br /> Major Gasoline Retailer, Southern California - Conducted and managed characterization activities <br /> and monitoring programs for numerous active gasoline service stations with petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> impacted soil and groundwater. <br />
