Additional information <br /> is required before we can begin drafting waste discharge requirements for your <br /> ground water extraction and reinjection program. <br /> The strategy and rationale for the performance monitoring well program must be <br /> submitted LO us for review and approval prior to the commencement of well <br /> installation. Also, data to support your consultant's request to change two <br /> extraction well locations must be provided. <br /> In addition, all reports and correspondence associated with this interim program <br /> must be submitted to Mr. Jim Pinasco, Department of Health Services, and a <br /> representative from the Depot must sign the waste discharge application form. <br /> If you have any uestion, please contact John J.
