The FYR's objective is to evaluate the implementation <br /> and performance of the current remedy as it pertains to protecting human health and <br /> the environment. DTSC provided comments on the Draft FYR dated August 8, 2005 <br /> and August 12, 2005. DTSC followed up with additional comments on the Draft Final <br /> FYR related to public participation concerns on September 12, 2005. DDJC <br /> incorporated those comments in the Final FYR via slip pages submitted to DTSC on <br /> September 21, 2005. On September 21, 2005, 1 signed the FYR protectiveness <br /> statement to concur with the findings presented in the final version of the report. DTSC <br /> has reviewed the final slip pages for the report and consider its comments as being <br /> adequately addressed.
