The report was prepared for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE) by <br /> URS Corp., Sacramento, California. The document is dated December 17, 2004. <br /> REVIEW ACTIVITIES <br /> The GSU was requested to evaluate the technical adequacy, content, and <br /> completeness of the subject report. The review was to focus on the effectiveness of the <br /> existing groundwater remediation system, and whether the GSU concurred with the <br /> recommendations provided in the report. Review activities consisted of reading the <br /> report, reviewing background information on the Defense Distribution Depot San <br /> Joaquin California Tracy Site (the Site) Well Monitoring Program, and providing <br /> comments and recommendations as necessary. <br /> 0 Pdnted on Recycled Paper <br />
