Specific gravity of the waste : Approximately 1 . 05 . B . Maximum amount of inventory ever on-site in any stage of processing : 250 gallons (collected) . C. Inventory of auxiliary equipment : The only auxiliary equipment pertaining to this tank is" a swivel funnel . This funnel is to remain in use and will be a part of the new collection system (please see Enclosure 3) . Upon removal of the underground tank at Building 247 , the new above ground collection method will be instituted . The new collection method will be completely enclosed with overfill protection and spill control . Waste will be collected into Dot approved 55-gallon drums . As soon as a single container has been filled , it will be removed from the collection facility and transported to the Depot ' s permitted hazardous waste holding facility (72-hours maximum) . All containers (s) , labeling , markings , storages , inspections , and disposals will be performed in accordance with DDTCM 4140 . 2 , Appendix E-930-P (please see Enclosure 4) . D . Schedule of final closure (milestone chart) : 1 . Final date waste accepted : Since the new collection system cannot be constructed until the existing tank is removed , collection will continue until physical removal of the tank is accomplished . 2 . Date for completion of inventory disposal : a . Date of reprocesisng completed : Not applicable . No reprocessing has or will be performed . b . Date all on-site disposal completed : Not applicable .
