No treatment will be performed . <br /> 2 . Procedures for off-site removal of inventory : <br /> a. Quantity : <br /> All residual inside the 250 gallon tank , the tank and all <br /> soil determined as contaminated by Analytical Test Results <br /> will be removed from the site . <br /> b . Method of treatment or disposal : <br /> All waste collected will be tested for hazardous <br /> constituents . Material will be collected in 55- <br /> gallon drums and moved to the Depot permitted <br /> hazardous waste hold area within 72-hours maximum. <br /> All containers , labeling , markings, storages , inspections , <br /> and disposals will be performed In accordance with DDTCM <br /> 4140 . 2 , Appendix E-930-P (please see Enclosure 4) . <br /> Final disposal of all waste generated will be in <br /> accordance with the Defense Reutilization and Marketing <br /> Office , 4160 . 21M, as required per the Department of <br /> Defense . <br /> The tank shall be disposed of by the Contractor in a <br /> Class I landfill . Proof of tank disposal in a <br /> Class I landfill shall be required from the Contractor <br /> and shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer . The <br /> Contractor shall meet disposal requirements , as identified <br /> per the State of California , California Administrative <br /> Code , Title 22 , Division 4 . <br /> C . Approximate distance to off-site TSDF : <br /> Approximately 200 miles to a designated landfill . <br /> III . DECONTAMINATING THE FACILITY. <br /> A. Area of facility with potential soil contamination (sq . yd) : <br /> 1 . List areas with potential contaminated soil : <br /> Unknown , pending tank removal and soil analysis . <br /> a . Number of soil samples , if necessary : <br /> One soil sample shall be taken from a depth of three <br /> feet directly under the tank . Sample shall be obtained <br /> immediately upon tank removal (please see Enclosure 5) . <br /> 4 <br />
